You can buy all the ingredients for this recipe in your local store. I use white rum Bacardi, but you can also use any other rum that you have or prefer consuming.
Can I substitute any of the ingredients?
You can substitute fresh strawberries and pineapple with frozen ones. The taste will be slightly different and the texture of the cocktail will be mushy because of the ice inside the fruit. But it will taste great, too.

Step 3. Sieve and finish 7 minSieve the juice from the blender into two glasses equally. Add 1 ounce of rum to one glass and 1 ounce of rum to another glass. Top it up with the refrigerated club soda. Mix the cocktail with a spoon. Note: adding ice cubes is optional. In case your club soda is not cold enough, you can add 3-4 ice cubes to cool it down. |
