Step 1. Prepare ingredients

Prepare ingredients on a table. Peel and chop garlic. Prepare shrimp. (If you have frozen shrimp, unfroze shrimp first. Transfer shrimp to a bowl with cold water and leave it for 30 minutes at least. After, pat dry shrimp with paper towel).

Step 2. Heat olive oil

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Step 3. Add garlic

2 minutes

Transfer garlic to a pan, cook continue stirring for 2 minutes on medium heat. Garlic becomes very fragrant, don't burn it.

Step 4. Cook shrimp

5 minutes

Add shrimp to a pan with garlic. Cook shrimp until shrimp will be opaque for 5 minutes. (I use small shrimp)

Step 5. Prepare parsley and decorate

1 minute

Chop parsley and add to a pan with shrimp.

Step 6. Serve

1 minute

Your shrimp in garlic sauce is ready. Serve in a pan with fresh baguette or any bread that you like. Enjoy!
