This is my family recipe, we like to make the dough at home and especially if it is easy and doesn’t consume much time.
You can also make it at home pretty quickly and then use it when you need it.

How long can I store the leftovers?
This puff pastry dough can be frozen for up to 2 months and used later. You can remove the puff dough from the freezer and place it in the fridge for a few hours until it’s not frozen anymore. After, you can start the rolling process and baking.
If you bake the pie, cake, or pie, you can keep them in the fridge for up to two days.

How to make Easy Puff Pastry Dough
Step 1. Gather ingredients 1 minuteGather all ingredients on a table. |
Step 2. Prepare dough 5 minutesGrate cold butter on a grater mixing with flour from time to time. So flour and butter mix together equally. Use a glove for grating. Tip: Using a glove helps not to heat the butter with the hand temperature. |
Step 3. Add lemon juice and water 1 minuteAdd lemon juice and water to a dough and mix. |
Step 4. Make dough 3 minutesForm the dough into a round, wrap it in baking paper. |
Step 5. Divide and refrigerate 30 minutesCut pastry dough into 7 pieces. Refrigerate for 30 minutes at least. |
Step 6. Serve 1 minuteYour puff pastry dough is ready! Enjoy baking! |
