Wine pairings and non-alcoholic options

Curated by sommeLeo.

To complement the vibrant flavors of Shrimp Croquettes, I recommend serving them with crisp white wines such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Encruzado.

Alternatively, a light and refreshing Mediterranean-style cocktail like a classic Mojito or Aperol Spritz will definitely elevate your dining experience.

For non-alcoholic options, try sparkling water infused with citrus or a refreshing mint lemonade.

How long can I store the leftovers?

While Shrimp Croquettes are best enjoyed fresh and crispy, any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.

To reheat, simply place them in a preheated oven or toaster oven until heated through and crispy.

Avoid microwaving, as this may result in a soggy texture.

Step 2. Combine ingredients 3 min

In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, eggs, chopped cilantro, chopped spring onion, chopped shrimp, flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
